OnBoarding Suite
The OnBoarding Suite is a paperless application process that works directly with the Ultra-Staff database. It is designed to redistribute the work load normally associated with the hiring process of new employees and also allows for existing employees to maintain their own data directly through your website in a safe and secure way. The suite is comprised of two modules: The Application module and the Forms Driver module. The solution can be implemented as a fully integrated suite or can be individually deployed if desired.
The Application module can be run as either a web based application or a kiosk style application in your office. It is completely customizable for look, feel and content. It also offers a “multiple package deployment” option meaning it can simultaneously be implemented to address different application specialties. An application can be tailored to job type, specialty, desired length, etc. This flexibility enhances the experience of the applicant as they complete an application that appears to be “custom made” just for them.
The Forms Driver module takes the data from the Application module and uses it to create the forms that make up your hiring package. The forms are then presented to the applicant and can be signed via an electronic signature pad. Signed forms are then automatically attached to the record created by the Application module. Of course, the forms package can be completely customized and be made to match the application package the person used in the Application module. The process can be completely paperless.
The OnBoarding Suite offers several advantages over paper or other on-line application processes. It is significantly easier for people to use, eliminates costly data entry labor and reduces the paper expense from the process.
