Ultra-Staff will track the entire placement process from first mention of a candidate to resume submittal to interview to offer to placement. Every step is recorded and becomes part of the history for the client and candidate. The resume submittal process itself can be completely automated so that the most resumes are distributed in the shortest amount of time. There’s also a customized send-out form that can be created for every interview scheduled.
The “Perm” job order form devotes a large area to job description, and retains salary, fee and guarantee information.
Ultra-Staff has a special candidate presentation form that consolidates all of the candidate’s profile information on to one concise form, putting everything you need to make presentations on one form.
Ultra-Staff’s direct hire sub-system is fully integrated with Back Office’s Perm Billing module.
