Hot Sync

For outside sales people on the go, the Hot Sync module will send activities from the Ultra-Staff Daily Planner or prospect lists from Ultra-Staff searches to Microsoft Outlook®. From Outlook® data can be exported to any supported external device.

The Hot Sync module will also receive return data from Microsoft Outlook® and update Ultra-Staff. This offers the outside sales person a ready list of prospects and contacts to work with when not in the office.
