Shift Differentials:
Medical staffing software c reates bill and pay rate tables for each facility by job class and shift and it allows for the creation of extended rates to handle overtime pay, holiday pay, on-call bonuses, etc.

Credentialing:
Track any number of licenses and certifications, along with license numbers, dates granted and expiration dates. Ultra-Staff medical staffing software will issue an alert before it allows an employee to staff a job he or she is not licensed for.

Daily Staffing:
Ultra-Staff offers a day of the week selector so that each job or individual assignment can specify the exact number of shifts to fill. In turn, our medical staffing software will allow the user to staff each day of the job with a different person, or staff any number of days with the same person.

Work Schedules:
Naturally, Ultra-Staff has all the information needed to produce schedules of assignments for employees. The medical staffing software can print, fax or e-mail these schedules to each person so that they'll know where they're supposed to be and when.

Called in Schedules:
For employees that call in their availability in advance, Ultra-Staff will record the days and shifts desired. This information can then become part of the search criteria used in the matching phase as we staff the order.

Don't Send - Won't Go:
Medical staffing software allows each facility to maintain a list of employees they don’t want. Similarly, each employee can maintain a list of facilities they won’t go to.
