For candidates who call in with their availability in advance, Ultra-Staff will record the days and shifts desired. The information can then become part of the search criteria used to staff the order.

For Don’t Send and Won’t Go considerations, Ultra-Staff medical staffing software includes a special area in order to define this information. You can maintain a list of employees for each facility listing candidates that are specified as “Don’t Send”. If you attempt to staff one of these individuals, Ultra-Staff will remind you that the facility listed them as “Don’t Send”. You can also maintain a list of Won’t Go facilities under each candidate. If a facility is specified under the candidate as “Won’t Go” and you attempt to staff the candidate at that facility, Ultra-Staff will remind you that the candidate does not wish to work at that facility.
