Starting with Billing Ticket entry, Back Office Perm, is an integrated placement data capture module that collects fee, start date and commission information along with key billing information from Ultra-Staff. The billing ticket is used to define the particulars of the placement deal. Next, invoices are created directly from this information. Once issued, all invoices and billing tickets are archived for future reference and reporting use. Back Office Perm automatically updates the accounting system for financial reporting.
