The Positive Pay module sends data to your bank listing valid check numbers and check amounts. The Positive Pay program ensures that only the checks you write out of your payroll system can be cashed. This will virtually eliminate fraud by field employees, as it will be impossible for anyone to provide invalid information to the bank.
