Reporting
Ultra-Staff has an unlimited reporting capability. In addition to numerous “standard” reports, Ultra-Staff has incorporated Crystal Reports™ into the application. Using Crystal Reports™ ensures that virtually any kind of report output is possible, and is in fact, only limited by the imagination of the report designer. What’s more, reports created by end users can be added to the standard report list within the application, and made available to all users with virtually zero deployment effort.
All Ultra-Staff reports are driven by the searches. Rather than creating limited search engines in the reporting module, the main searches are used to create the data sets for the reports. In this fashion, data selection itself has the same capabilities as the system’s main search engine.
All Ultra-Staff reports are available on demand. Unlike other enterprise class applications, there is no need to run reports overnight or off-peak times. Ultra-Staff uses an exclusive technique that shields system performance during report generation.
