The GM Calculator includes a customizable formula sheet that can be an actual reflection of your rate/burden situation. Your firm can set pricing guidelines for your consultants and the tool can offer “suggestions” regarding volume/margin options.

The GM Calculator is accessible from the client contact rates screen, the temp job order and the temp assignment in Ultra-Staff. It will automatically extract bill and pay rates from these sources, plus worker’s comp and tax rates and analyze them. The tool will then automatically return any changes the user makes to the originating screen.
