Temp > Time Capture
Time Capture is a time capture process designed to accelerate the time entry task for Temp PAYROLL and Temp BILLING. It will automatically gather assignments from Ultra-Staff into a pay/bill batch. Its primary function is to reconcile assignment information with the actual timecard data turned in by employees or clients. The program is structured so that a single entry provides data for both billing and payroll.
By its nature, Time Capture is a multi-user application. This means that as many people as desired can be involved in the entry of timecard data at the same time! This added flexibility will eliminate the bottleneck in the pay/bill process. For organizations with more than one front office database (even multiple offices that are not on the same network) Time Capture will work stand alone, yet be able to merge data with that of other offices into one pay/bill batch. This built-in flexibility allows for a "mix and match" approach to office and network integration, and does not force an organization to make platform decisions solely on the basis of pay/bill processing requirements.
