Web Extensions
Web Extensions provides the mechanism by which you can integrate with popular social networking and job board sites directly from Ultra-Staff. Post job orders to sites like Twitter®, CareerBuilder®, and Hot Jobs®. Retrieve resumes from sites like CareerBuilder® or Hot Jobs®.
Another function of Web Extensions is the ability to automatically create HTML pages with selected data from Candidate, Client, or Job Order records in an effort to post these pages to your company’s website.
Each company can define the data, layout and style of the page. These HTML pages can contain links to other pages such as an on-line application form that will automatically notify you via email the moment the application is submitted. The pages can also be used as HTML mail via the Bulk E-mail Module.
