Web Portal Suite

The Web Portal Suite is a popular customer service tool for use by your candidates and clients. It’s a secure, password driven device that links directly to your Ultra-Staff database. It includes three specific modules: Employee Portal; Client Portal and Timesheet Portal.

The Employee Portal provides candidates with the capability to check schedules and to re-print check stubs.

Client Portal capability includes: enter orders, reprint invoices, and access to extensive reporting (rosters and work schedules, open invoices, historical information, etc.).

The Timesheet Portal is a conduit to your payroll and billing process. It eliminates the time intensive task of data entry for your organization and provides a convenient way for your candidates to enter their time on-line. Candidates also can receive a timecard approval e-mail notification.

With Timesheet Portal clients enjoy the convenience of on-line timecard approval. Clients can receive e-mail notification that timecards are ready for approval. Information automatically flows into Timecard Entry ready for any additional attention and invoice and check printing.
