Summary

This role will maintain communication with new customers, managing and providing implementation support via Teams meetings, telephone calls, direct & internal emails, etc. This role works with customers to implement ABD’s Ultra-Staff EDGE Front and Back Office software as well as any related products. We seek someone who is able to combine creativity with organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines simultaneously.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Enhance the user experience by communicating best practices and techniques in a timely manner.
• Combine troubleshooting skills with a keen sense of organization to effectively manage projects on tight deadlines.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers via e-mail and phone calls.
• Respond to customer requests via written and verbal communication.
• Create and update user documentation and instructions.
• Learn, educate, and test the software and enhancements.
• Track and route requests while documenting resolutions.
• Heavy e-mail phone and video conference interaction.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience implementing payroll and or accounting software is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Data Analytics, or Accounting.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and problem-solve independently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products, CRM systems, and web-based software.
• Fast learner with a strong technology aptitude.
• Ability to commute to the office in Chicago, near O’Hare.
