Summary

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, Inside Sales professional with software sales experience to secure new business selling ATS software to the staffing industry.  As an Inside Sales Professional, you will be expected to meet sales activity metrics and sales financials metrics on a weekly basis.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Call on prospective companies from our robust company database
• Prospect decision makers to secure new business
• Utilize phone, email, marketing campaigns and trade shows to connect with prospective new clients
• Make outbound calls to qualified prospects from our database
• Document each sales activity in company CRM
• Demonstrate Ultra-Staff EDGE software products
• Gain in-depth knowledge of Ultra-Staff EDGE software products and services
• Build relationships with prospective and new clients resulting in genuine business partnerships
• Conduct Discovery Calls, prepare software proposals, and close business

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Previous Software Sales Work History Preferred
• Ability to offer suggestions and solutions
• Demonstrate business communication acumen and skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task and/or work on multiple sales-related activities concurrently
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel preferred
• Ability to work, strive and grow in a dynamic work environment
• Quick to learn and Self-motivated
• Ability to maintain a high degree of ethics and integrity
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
