Automated Business Designs’ Vice President of Systems Engineering Receives Award for Product Management/Development Executive of the Year.
ROSEMONT, Illinois – Automated Business Designs, Inc. (ABD), developer of Ultra-Staff staffing software, is proud to announce that Molly Nessinger, the company’s Vice President of Systems Engineering, has won a Bronze Level Stevie® Award for Product Management/Development Executive of the Year during the 15th annual American Business Awards. The American Business Awards are the nation’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small. An award ceremony is scheduled for June 20, 2017 in New York, NY.
ABD President and CEO Terri Roeslmeier commented: “Molly has been with the company for 17 years. She began her career at ABD as a Systems Engineer (SE). I knew she would be a star when she learned the product and taught a class within one week of her start date! Usually, an SE trains for a minimum of 6 months before giving a class. Always ahead of the game, Molly quickly rose through the ranks to Senior Systems Engineer, then Systems Engineering Manager and on to her present role of Vice President of Systems Engineering. Molly is persevering, knowledgeable, determined and loved by customers. Always willing to go the extra mile, Molly simply gets the job done and gets it done well. We are very fortunate to have Molly as a leader on the ABD team.”
A critical piece of the application for this prestigious award was Molly’s overall impact on the success of ABD and Ultra-Staff software. Molly’s complete dedication to the company and ABD customers is exemplary. Her extensive knowledge of the software and its capabilities, along with heavy involvement in company initiatives, has proven to be invaluable. Whenever customers interact with Molly, they get an extra bonus of her entertaining personality which always makes learning fun and interesting. In addition to normal work responsibilities, Molly is active in many of the company’s philanthropic efforts and is always a key organizer of ABD charitable events.
For the Stevie application process, ABD surveyed clients for testimonials and memories of their interactions with Molly. The following comments came from ABD customers:
“Molly is the 8th wonder of the world for knowledge and support,” commented Janet Sloan, President of Seville Staffing LLC. “Without reservation or hesitation, Molly deserves recognition for her professionalism, her job skills, her enthusiasm, and willingness to help her customers. She is deserving of a Stevie® Award.”
“Molly Nessinger has proven over and over again to be the best in the business and has always found a professional way to get to the bottom of the issue while throwing a little sense of humor in there along the way to lighten to mood,” said Cory Lynch, CEO of Team Personnel Services.
Bruce Alexander of OpSource Staffing put it simply: “I love ABD. I love Ultra-Staff. The face of both to me is Molly Nessinger.”
More than 3,600 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Startup of the Year, Executive of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Live Event of the Year, and App of the Year, among others. More than 190 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.
“Each year the judges find the quality and variety of the nominations to be greater than the year before. The 2017 competition was intense and every organization that has won should be proud,” said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie® Awards.
Of the judges’ comments, many stood out:
“Molly exemplifies the ideal account relations executive that any company would like to find and keep. Wow.”
“She’s approachable, sincere, dedicated, knowledgeable, a people person, and above all, knows how to get the work done. We could use more enthusiastic executives in the work force. Any company would be fortunate to have a person like her as a strategist. Kudos!”
“Molly is the kind of employee many companies would like to have!”
The Product Management/Development Executive of the Year award is the third for Molly within the last year. In August, she received a Dedication of Service award from ABD, and in October she was awarded Horseperson of the Year by the Illinois American Saddlebred Pleasure Horse Association (IASPHA).
