ABD’s Training Program.
Before going live with Ultra-Staff EDGE, your team will receive training to ensure everyone feels comfortable using the software. Currently ABD is offering “live” instructor led virtual training, but normally training can be held in ABD’s Chicago office or in-person at your company’s office. All training is conducted by an Ultra-Staff EDGE specialist.
In addition to the initial team training, ABD offers free New User Training each month. If you have a new employee joining your company, they are able to attend our monthly New User Training Program to help them learn the software!
Ongoing Customer Resources.
At ABD we provide ongoing resources so customers can continue to grow with Ultra-Staff EDGE. We host 1-2 free webinars a month for all clients, in addition to, the monthly New User Training webinars. All webinars can be accessed for your convenience right within Ultra-Staff EDGE.
ABD also distributes a monthly client newsletter that includes Ultra-Staff EDGE tips, information about upcoming industry webinars/events, information about our partners, fun news about ABD, and important legislative and industry news.
Additionally, ABD hosts a biennial 2-day client meeting. All clients are invited to come to Chicago to collaborate, learn, and have fun!
