The Power of a Client User Meeting

It’s been over a week since ABD’s 2014 client meeting. With all the prepping for the event I can’t believe it’s already over. The meeting was a huge success with all of the wonderful presentations and a fantastic turnout! We appreciate our clients’ input and value the fact that our clients continue to engage with Ultra-Staff and want to utilize all of the great features. The client meeting is not only a great place to learn more about Ultra-Staff from the ABD team, but also gives clients a chance to network with other Ultra-Staff users.

The ABD Client Meeting had several different presentations by our ABD Team including Web Portals, Going Mobile with Ultra-Staff, Dashboard Reports, ABD Cloud, Marketing and many more. With all of these fabulous features fresh in everyone’s mind, it’s time to put everything in motion! Thinking about the cloud? Are you staying up to date with Ultra-Staff to learn when free webinars are taking place? How can you use Ultra-Staff better within your organization? These are important questions for all ABD clients. The benefit of the client meeting is to learn about new features as well as gain more knowledge on the current features Ultra-Staff staffing software has available. Not only did the ABD Team give excellent presentations, but we also had some fantastic guest speakers who spoke. Mark Lam, Vice President, Benefits Compliance at Assurance had terrific insight on the Affordable Care Act and what staffing and recruiting companies need to do to better prepare. The clients really enjoyed Mark’s presentation and felt it was very informative. ACA is an important topic since it affects the entire staffing and recruiting industry. Good thing all of ABD’s clients will be prepared with utilization of the Ultra-Staff ACA Reporting Module.

ABD’s other guest speaker, Kevin O’Brien, Co-founder and Partner of echogravity, had an informative presentation on marketing and how it applies to your staffing company. He shared helpful tips on improving your marketing strategy in order to be more successful in your business. Clients thought Kevin was knowledgeable on the topic and did a great job interacting with the audience.

The afternoon break-out sessions for front office and back office presented clients with a choice of what they wanted to learn more about. The break-outs offered an in-depth view of particular features with the ability to interact with members of our ABD Team. This allowed clients to focus on their areas of expertise.

The meeting came to a close as the ABD Support Team presented all attendees with the Ultra-Staff 5 Star Visionary Award. We appreciate your business and thirst for success through the use of Ultra-Staff.
